Gurgaon , July 2013 :kIIT Group of colleges has organised the personality development and communication skill workshop at government senior secondary school in bhondsi under the banner of community services for the growth and development of the students. 200 students were given information on personality development skills by the faculty members anita Sharma,raghav jain,anand sehgal, kartikey Sharma. In this workshop class 12th students were given information on different phases of personality development and traits of communication for the developement of confidence, self confidence and facing day to day problems in the envirnoment.

Kartikey Sharma faculty member , KIIT emphasised mainly on moral duties for the self development of the students. Ritika student of the school, focused on building self confidence, developing positive thinking, decision making, solving day to day problems, developing social behaviour, how to fight fear and anger.

Deepika student of the school, thanked all the faculty members and focused on the growth and the development of the personality of the students and also thanked to the principal of the school.

Ritika student of the school thanked the members of KIIT college gurgaon and said that this kind of workshop should be held for our growth and grooming ourselves. This workshop brought a positive attitude in my personality and helped in facing difficult situations bravely and fearessly.
