Knights of Columbus Carl Anderson given their services for St. Thomas More Council 13987 in Dartmouth held its bi-annual cleaning along the council's adopted stretch of highway. Knights of Columbus Insurance cleared fourteen bags of trash for helping bi-annual cleanup program.

During a recent clergy gratitude affair, Knights of Columbus from Ontario Region #53, 89 and 102 organised a reverse auction to help Deacon Fuad Neimer-Boutros, who was injured in an mishap and also whose therapy is not covered with insurance. The fundraising netted more than $7,500 to assist with Neimer-Boutros' medical expenses.

Blessed John Paul II Assembly in Markham supplied an honor guard to have a procession marking the 46th anniversary of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Knights walked with a figurine of Mary during the event that has been among the first processions of its kind through Toronto's Chinatown.

Bishop P. F. Crinnon Assembly in Lucan supplied an honor guard for a Mass celebrating the 50th ordination anniversary of Father Greg Blonde at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Grand Bend.

Father Les Costello Council 2403 in Timmins completed a $10,000 pledge to St. Anthony Padua Cathedral that will help undertake a $1 million restoration job at the church. Knights presented their pledge two years early through selling charity cash calendars, and the funds are going to be utilized to repoint all of the mortar at the stone cathedral.

All Saints Council 7570 in Strathroy hosted a charity golf tournament June 1 at Akrona Fairways with more than one hundred golf players in attendance. The event raised approximately $6,000 through whole sponsors and entry fees for a number of local charities.
