The company will utilize KnoahSoft Harmony to enhance the customer experience they deliver by gaining a better understanding of the quality of their interactions in the region.

The multi-billion dollar enterprise that specailizes in the manufacturing of electronic appliances, has embarked on an initiative to increase its brand loyalty by enhancing its customer service across touch points.
