KnowledgeLake Launches Cloud Capture Platform at Microsoft Ignite

User-friendly solution improves productivity, decision-making and compliance for organizations

KnowledgeLake, a document processing solutions innovator, today announced the release of its cloud capture platform at the sold-out Microsoft Ignite Conference in Orlando, Florida. The company's newest cloud-based innovation allows users around the world to capture, index, process and route business content to multiple destinations, including Microsoft SharePoint Online, without the burden of on-premises software installation.

Microsoft Ignite attendees seeking cloud-based technology innovations to revolutionize the way they conduct business are invited to view KnowledgeLake's newest cloud capture solution in booth #406 during the Sept. 24-29 event and register for a free 30-day trial.

"With over 50 percent of companies using at least three repositories, businesses are challenged with proper information governance, employee productivity and speedy decision-making, depending on the accuracy and availability of their content," said KnowledgeLake CEO Bernie Schweiss. "We are excited to launch our cloud-based, distributed capture solution which standardizes document processing and helps ensure compliance and governance of such organizations' content."

KnowledgeLake's high-quality capture offering is built on an intuitive cloud-based framework, providing powerful extensibility. With no software to install, the cloud-based solution provides organizations of all sizes the efficiency of quickly capturing and tagging documents or batches while the platform routes content based on business rules to the repository of choice. The platform can inherit already-built taxonomy and meta data structures from existing repositories.

The first release of KnowledgeLake's cloud capture solution includes out-of-the-box integrations to Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Box, Egnyte, AODocs and file shares. The extensible platform also allows for the development of further integrations to ERP, accounting and other line-of-business applications.

"As a long-standing Microsoft partner, the Ignite conference is always a great opportunity for us to meet and greet our customers and partners in the Microsoft ecosystem. We are excited to launch our newest cloud capture innovation during this sold-out event," said Alayne Pregeant, Vice President of Marketing at KnowledgeLake. "I'd like to invite all KnowledgeLake customers, prospective customers, partners and press to visit us in Booth #406 or schedule a private meeting with our team this week at Ignite."
