LAC Group Introduces Gayle Pellizzer, Recruiter
Online, September 23, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Gayle Pellizzer comes to LAC Group with both corporate and library experience. While working as a banking manager in Silicon Valley, she was responsible for ensuring operational compliance, training new supervisory employees, and maximizing clients' expectations. Gayle also developed and managed relationships with various hi-tech companies, including Intel, Yahoo, and Google.
In addition to her corporate experience, Gayle has worked in academic libraries in various departments, including
reference, human resources, and technical services. She worked to coordinate the recruitment of three tenure track
librarians at a major academic library, and also worked as a projects assistant to the Associate Dean at San Jose State University's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library. She has cataloging, book processing, and authority control experience.
As a LAC Group recruiter working out of the Los Angeles office, Gayle is responsible for recruiting and screening
qualified candidates for LAC Group's clients, as well as keeping abreast of current industry trends. She works to
promote LAC Group's diverse business lines and network with information professionals at trade shows and other
professional events. Gayle earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and her MLIS degree from San
Jose State University.
