The Lady Arena Football League (LAFL), is a new indoor arena football league made up of female athletes. The league is an 8-on-8 full contact football league, which plays in lingerie-style uniforms.
Kicks Indoor Soccer is the perfect venue to stage the games, as they not only have the playing surface, but also they have a bar overlooking the playing surface, giving spectators a unique view of the action, along with enjoying an adult beverage as well.
The league is owned by Alycia Chase-Lowry, a successful interior decorator and entrepreneur for over 30 years. Her vision and goal for the league is to help empower women through football. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys helping young women reach their goals, so the chance to form this league will be another channel for Mrs. Lowry to help women reach their goals.
LAFL operates under the same By Laws and Rules of the National Arena Football League. The
inaugural season begins in May and will play throughout the summer.
