Lakes at Chaparral Residential Resort - Offering a new twist on first class resort style waterfront living at an Affordable Price

Online, January 8, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Lakes at Chaparral Residential Resort has been designed to create a vibrant community targeted towards a mix of all income groups including first time home buyers, couples and individuals looking to downsize and semi-retired or retired households who want to own a home but don't want more house than is needed. When completed over a ten year period, the resort will be home to 1000 residences.

The first 50 future residents who register to become members of our development team will be rewarded by having a special purchase price for a waterfront lot.
