Langley Rinnovabili Starts Technical Management Of 5 MW In Italy

The Spanish-Italian company, headquartered in Milan, has recently kick-started the technical-operational management of five 1-MW solar PV facilities in Puglia, Italy. An additional pipeline of 29 MW will follow in the coming weeks.

The service started a few weeks ago and includes the technical support during the operational phase of five 1-MW plants, located in Puglia, in the SouthWest of the country.
The service covers the monitorization of the plants operational data (energy production, radiation, temperature) and the supervision of the maintenance provider. The goal is to act proactively in the optimization of the plants' production and to minimize the risk of corrective maintenance in the short, medium and long terms.

"We can boast a great experience in the management and supervision of grid-connected solar PV facilities, and everyday we see the numerous advantages for those clients who request this service" said Mr Riccardo Sorichetti, Langley's Country Manager for Italy. "So far, due to market maturity reasons, we supervised plants in Spain only, however the Italian market has more and more operational plants and the upcoming pipeline that we will manage show the current growth rates", he added.

In the coming months Langley will start supervising an additional 29 MW in Italy, which will come on top the pipeline that the Madrid-based firm already manages in Spain.
