Larson Electronics LLC Releases 36" Explosion Proof Roof Mounted Exhaust Fan With 18,500 CFM

KEMP, Texas, February 19, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Industrial lighting leader, Larson Electronics, has announced the release of a 36” explosion proof exhaust fan compatible with roof and ceiling mounting. This fan is designed for Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups F & G hazardous areas that require ventilation including but not limited to the following: clean rooms, marijuana extraction rooms, laboratory hoods, oil refineries, grain mills and chemical plants.

The EPF-RME-36-3HP-3P from Larson Electronics is an explosion proof fan with a 36-inch diameter that can generate more than 18,500 CFM of air output that produces very efficient spot cooling for class rated locations. This unit spins at 1,750 rpm and is a hard-wired unit that should be installed according to national, state and local electrical and mechanical codes. This fan is multi-voltage capable and can operate on voltages ranging from 230-460V AC.

This roof/ceiling mount fan is engineered with a robust and rugged design of non-sparking and spun aluminum, minimizes the possibility of ignition, or explosion that may occur in a hazardous environment. This unit has a built-in bird screen and a 3 horsepower full-enclosure motor.
