Larson Electronics Releases Explosion Proof Control Station, ATEX/IECEx Rated, 24V, NEMA 4X

This unit is compatible with 24V and rated at 5 amps. This control station is rated NEMA 4X and IP66.

The ATEX-EPCS-FG-1XPB.G-ESTP-24V-5A-R1-MOD1 explosion proof control station is rated for use in ATEX/IECEx flammable work environments. This flameproof unit allows operators to access one feed-thru momentary green push-button with one NO and one NC contact. The green push-button features a white label with blue text that reads ‘START ETHANOL TRUCK LOADING 22-HS-2202’. Operators can implement emergency stop with a red mushroom head push-button with one NO and one NC contact. The white label with blue text for this component reads ‘E.S.D. ETHANOL TRUCK LOADING 22-HS-2201’.

Larson Electronics’ explosion proof control station features a red emergency stop push-button that contains a pull-to-release mechanism. This NEMA 4X-rated unit can be used in Zones 1 and 2, and Zones 21 and 22 flammable facilities. This unit is compatible with surface mount configurations with suitable applications that include petroleum refineries, chemical plants, paint spray booths, and more.
