Latina Financial Summit & Bootcamp Aims to Empower Latinas to Build Wealth and Invest

The Free community event, to be held April 25th at Los Angeles City Hall at 9:00 a.m., will feature a keynote by Ana Guerrero, Mayor Garcetti’s Chief of Staff, a panel discussion hosted by Emmy Award winning journalist Elizabeth Espinosa, and a dynamic set of workshops focused on personal finance, investing and entrepreneurship. Organizers anticipate 200 women and elected officials will convene for the event.

The bootcamp will provide action oriented workshops on personal finance, retirement, investing, women in tech, and entrepreneurship. The organizers have partnered with a cross sector of organizations and companies to create a phenomenal line up of experts in the field, including a special focus on Latinas in Tech. The partners include the New York Life, L.A. Small Business Resource Centers, Small Business Administration, Women of ALPFA, the Latino Startup Alliance, Sabio.la, and many more.
