Latino Business Review Reveals Top Tips For Employee Retention

Latino Business Review's July issue reveals the top four employee motivational tips that retains top talent and keeps employees satisfied.

(SAN DIEGO, CALIF) - The top four tips for keeping key employees happy in their current positions have been revealed by a corporate office environment expert in the latest July issue of Latino Business Review.

"The days of loyalty are gone. People who really fit their job will do well, regardless of where they go," Chris Young, the CEO of the Rainmaker Group, a company that improves corporate work environments. "If you have the right person, the needs of the job will correlate with what they want to do anyway."

Young believes there is a divide between the "old school" and "new school" methods of hiring. The old school style relies on a human resources director to trust their gut instinct on hiring, whereas the new school uses personality assessment tools to understand what employees need to bring to a company.

"When asked what their most valuable asset is, any company will give the same canned answer: their employees," said Young. "However, companies are still using ancient strategies instead of coaching, inspiring and motivating their talent. I believe that it is a CEO's job to bring the right talent onto their company, not the Human Resource Director."
