Lead Yourself From Confusion To Light To Succeed In Internet Marketing

Online, April 4, 2011 (Newswire.com) - As evident from the title, we all want to strike riches in the quickest amount of time when we start out with our online business.But more than often people fail because of a variety of reasons and most prominent among those is the confusion in the mind. And one need to sort that out quickly in order to succeed.

There's a beautiful scene in the new Battlestar Galactica, my all-time favorite TV show, where a character uses a line from All Along The Watchtower to sum up all the misfortune that plagued the characters throughout their journey:

There's too much confusion.

The opposite of confusion is clarity and it is one of the essential ingredients you need to have if you want to be truly successful at anything.

In one of the earlier posts, we discussed the value of method vs mindset. It has been my experience that whenever I am close to breaking through some mental barriers in my attempt to align my mindset to the success and prosperity I want to experience, a degree of confusion steps in. It is just a consequence of some inner conflicts that need to be worked out completely.

Confusion can be an internet marketer's worst nightmare, if it prevents him from taking constructive action and following through with his plans.

Some conquer confusion by relentless persistence, knowing that success is inevitable, but that can often be a very difficult journey. Others look inside, trying to find that single burning desire, that pulsating purpose that will give them joy, expansion and prosperity.

I believe that we all have that clarity within us, just waiting to be uncovered and brought to light, where it can shine and shows us the way.

I have seen a lot of internet marketers struggling to succeed with niche marketing, product creation and countless other tactics, strategies and methods for making money online. The truth is that most of them just lack clarity; clarity about what is it that they really want. Their mindset is predominantly set towards the good that they desire, but there's just one little thing standing in their way.

I've been experiencing my fair share of confusion lately, mostly because I've set into motion too many things, too many plans and essentially losing what Napoleon Hill called "definiteness of purpose".

To regain my clarity, I needed to stop the world for a moment. I decided to take a few days to just write and think and meditate. My mission was simple: to determine what are my essentials, my burning desires and what things are no longer serving me or giving me the joy that I seek.

This process may involve some seemingly irrational choices, like abandoning certain aspects of my online business that bring me a profit, but which do not bring me joy. You can knows these things by the level of inner coercion or outer motivation that you need to use in order to do them.
