Having experienced nearly 20 years of building leaders, our consultants understand the pulse of organisational transformation and constantly innovate to enhance the learning experience.
Since we are now living in a global village, the need to honor diversity and create inclusive environments cannot be sidelined. In fact studies over the last couple of years show the variations in productivity of the organizations which practice diversity compared to the ones that don’t.
Our offerings in this space, deals with diversity in gender, culture and generations. Right from creating a business case for diversity and linking it to business results to a point where we finally track and measure changes with respect to greater diversity we support organizations at every milestone. Using theatre as a methodology we conduct sensitization and inclusion workshops based on the premise of unconscious biases.
Gender diversity at workplace is now creating a big buzz and most organizations are keen to tap in the feminine energies and maintain a healthy women leadership pipeline.
Our unique offerings SAKSHI and CHINMAYEE deal with women whose career spans 2-5 and 5-12 years respectively. These programmes aim at career development of the women by supporting them to recognize their strengths and challenges. Some of the focus areas of these programmes are:

While experimenting with different methodologies, we identified theatre as a powerful medium of communication, it creates an unforgettable experience, which inspires debate, exchange of ideas and touches the root of human behavior, by accessing emotions and imagination. 
Theatre Based Training combines real work place situations with dramatic performances to raise the awareness of employees through education & reflection.
We are using this methodology to cater to a variety of trainings including behavioural adaptation, change management, leadership skills development as well as handling cultural and personal issues. To be specific, we use this methodology for addressing topics such as:
