Leading Entrepreneur and Business Coach Advocates for Failure
Irvine, CA, April 4, 2016 (Newswire.com) - In a recent podcast, successful entrepreneur and business coach Arman Sadeghi attributes his success to failure and encourages others to embrace failure as a means to achieving greater success. On his Titanium Life podcast, Sadeghi discusses the importance of having the right attitude towards failure and explains how it can help ensure success in the future.
Failure is common to every person. In fact, the most successful people are those who have failed more often. Consider what Michael Jordan said, when he stated, “I have missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games.” In that same statement, Jordan says, “I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
The most successful people in the world are the most successful people in the world because they have failed more than everyone else around them

Those words inspire Sadeghi and many others who understand the depth and height of Jordan’s success. Failure is part of life and it can be an invaluable asset for the person who knows how to utilize it. While most people accept failure, Sadeghi suggests you should embrace it and welcome it into your life. Even go so far as to dare it to come to you, knowing you’ll be a better person afterward.
Failure is a natural part of life for children. They don’t consider it when it happens, but keep trying until they succeed. Just look at a toddler learning to walk. They will fall down numerous times until they figure out how to get their legs to move correctly. It’s not until kids get older that they see failure as a weakness rather than an asset they can use. Once they become adults, they develop a fear of failure.
As Sadeghi explains, “The most successful people in the world are the most successful people in the world because they have failed more than everyone else around them.” While a person can learn from others’ failures, eventually they will push the envelope so far, they must make their own mistakes and learn from their own failures.
While many look at intelligence or strength as the ultimate key to success, Sadeghi advocates that it is failure that determines success. Failure is much like working your muscles in the gym. As you lift weights, the fibers in your muscles tear and you become sore from the workout. Once those fibers heal, they are stronger than before. Failure is designed to produce that same kind of strength when used in the right way.
People can either hide away when they experience failure or they can use it to help them grow and learn. The difference is the people who choose to learn from failure will become more successful than those who give up. With this outlook, success isn’t dependent on outside resources but on your inner attitude. It’s an achievable goal anyone can strive for if they are willing to embrace their failures along the way.
