Amusement Advantage, Inc. the premier provider of guest experience measurement services to the attractions industry today announced that it has become a member of the Roller Skating Association International (RSA). Amusement Advantage will be providing custom-tailored mystery shopping and guest experience consulting services to RSA members throughout North America. Additional services include exit or intercept surveys, guest survey programs, staff training and leadership coaching and other consulting projects.

Amusement Advantage currently works with hundreds of attractions in North America including over 20 skating centers such as the United Skates of America locations, Interskate 91 South, Deptford Skating and Fun Center and the International Sports Centres in Cherry Hill and Mount Laurel New Jersey. Having worked with entertainment centers for over 15 years, Amusement Advantage has a sound understanding of how the services it provides can help skating centers in the areas of guest service, cleanliness, value and loss prevention. Partnering with Amusement Advantage allows these facilities to evaluate the entire guest experience through their customers' eyes.

The value of mystery shopping was highlighted in the January-February 2011 edition of Rinksider, a bi-monthly magazine dedicated to the roller skating industry. Several skating industry professionals and owners shared their thoughts on the importance of mystery shopping to the success of their operations. "Rink operators say a mystery shopping service is a cost effective way to evaluate their businesses from a customer's point of view. They say it not only identifies weaknesses but also helps them recognize employees for good performance." Charlie Kirchner, who owns the Deptford, Cherry Hill and Mount Laurel locations stated that the mystery shopping input he receives is invaluable and that, "There is no question in my mind that it is a very good barometer for me. It absolutely helps me with running my business."

Scot Carson, President of Amusement Advantage, has over 20 years experience in the attractions and market research industries. He shared the following statement: "Amusement Advantage has enjoyed strong relationships with entertainment centers for many years and in the past five years began assisting skating centers. We are excited to expand our exposure to RSA members and look forward to partnering with rink owners and managers to provide mystery shopping and other guest experience programs to help create the best experiences possible for their guests."

Over the next year, Amusement Advantage will be working with members of the Association, to share insight as to how mystery shopping programs within skating facilities are conducted and how they are a valuable tool that can contribute to the success of each operation. Amusement Advantage also plans to become active in the roller skating industry and work with the RSA in any way possible to help strengthen the roller skating industry.
