Hong Kong, April 14, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Learning Easy Holding Limited, the owner of the collaborative course authoring and e-learning platform, LearningEasy, has confirmed that it is currently in exploratory talks with new business development veteran, Jesse M. Overton.
The discussions center on the prospect of Mr. Overton joining the executive board at LearningEasy with responsibility for directing new business development strategies as the company expands rapidly and seeks to deliver on ambitious projections for growth in market share over the next 2-5 years.

Mr. Overton has been advising Learning Easy Holding Limited on a consultancy basis for several months but, such has been the efficacy of his strategic input that the company has moved to secure his services on a permanent and exclusive basis.
He has been involved with a number of companies over the years. Prior to his most recent position as a founder of Skytech/Skylearn, he served as an executive vice president at Groupe Bull, a global leader in the supply of mainframe and other information systems.
Prior to this, he spent 7 years at Bull Corp. of America where he led the development of high-growth initiatives including the launch of Micral Personal Computers. As an executive VP, he oversaw marketing and sales strategy for North America.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Minnesota from which he graduated in 1975.
