LearningAge Solutions Scoops Two Elearning Awards

LearningAge Solutions wins two prestigious eLearning Awards. One for Best eLearning Project and one for goalgetter, their innovative new goal-based learning system.

LearningAge Solutions has won two national eLearning Awards. The Awards Ceremony took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 8th November. LearningAge won bronze in the categories of 'Best eLearning Project - Private Sector' with their Paris-based client, Tarkett, a multinational flooring manufacturer and in the 'Most Innovative New Learning Hardware or Software Category' for goalgetter©, their new goal-based learning system.

Managing Director, Rob Hubbard, says:

'This is the first year that we have entered our projects and software for awards and, as a small company, we are absolutely over the moon to have won against stiff competition from the largest and best-known elearning companies in the UK.

The project with Tarkett was to improve product knowledge and reinforce best practice for their international sales force, resulting in significant cost savings and contributing to their growth.

goalgetter© represents a new model for online workplace learning. It is a social learning system that encourages informal workplace learning. Described by the judges as 'true innovation', goalgetter© provides online performance support to learners when and where they need it - including on mobile devices. It helps organisations to maximise existing internal knowledge-bases, whilst empowering employees, improving performance, saving money and, importantly, being able to record the impact that their investment in training is having.'
