Lennar's Colonial Heritage Community Reports Big Sales
Lennar's active adult community, Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, is achieving new home sales at a rapid pace.
Online, October 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - WILLIAMSBURG, VA-- Lennar recently opened Blairs Landing, a new enclave within the Colonial Heritage development and has already pre-sold 40 percent of the neighborhood's 46 homesites. Overall, the entire Colonial Heritage community has sold more than 70 homes this year, showing a bright spot contrary to the market's downward trend.
According to Jon May, area sales manager for Lennar's Virginia Division, Colonial Heritage is an increasingly popular and successful community because of the lifestyle, home designs, and world-class amenities offered.
"Colonial Heritage is not your average new home development, it is so much more," said May. "People move to Colonial Heritage because they want to make friends, and get involved. And with over 50 resident driven clubs from golf to quilting to travel and photography, there is no shortage of activities."
"We are looking forward to the continued success of our new Blairs Landing neighborhood," May said.
Surrounded by conservation and Colonial Heritage's award-winning golf course, Blairs Landing offers private, wooded backyards and walk out basements at affordable prices.
"With pricing and interest rates at their lowest, now is the time to buy. Also, the demand to live in Colonial Heritage is so high that Blairs Landing could be sold out before you know it," May said.
Colonial Heritage is a premier community in the heart of historic Williamsburg. The lifestyle oriented, development showcases villas and single level homes that range in size from 1,400 to more than 2,500 square feet and are priced from the $200s to the $400s.
The community is gated and features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills. In addition, the amenity rich development offers a 25,000 square foot clubhouse complete with onsite dining, a health club, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a year round social calendar with activity director.
