Lennox Hill Ltd Launches Competency Testing To Complement Its Hosted Quality Management Software

Lennox Hill adds Competency Testing to isoTracker, its hosted Quality Management System software. The launch completes the first phase of the current isoTracker offering which includes Document Control, Complaints Management and Audits modules

Lennox Hill Ltd today announces the launch of a Competency Testing module to further complement its online isoTracker Quality Management Software.

Lennox Hill continues to expand and upgrade the isoTracker quality management system. The Competency Testing module is the fourth module that makes up isoTracker and follows a recent addition of SSL encryption as a security add-on.

The launch of the Competency Testing module introduces the following important features to isoTracker:

• Creating Job Roles and Competencies
• Assigning them to staff members
• Creating a variety of different types of tests such as Multiple Choice, Short Answer or Yes/No answers
• Scheduling Assessments and running the tests online from any location
• Automatic grading of Multiple Choice tests with manual grading of Short Answer tests
• Required trainer review and grading of the completed Assessments
• Sending out Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions and/or Preventive Actions on failed Assessments
• Maintaining a full Training record of all past Assessments for all staff members
• And much more...

In keeping with the concept of a hosted application, the new Competency Testing module will permit Assessments to be easily constructed from one location by a Trainer and to be run, just as easily, anywhere in the world by the Trainee.

Lennox Hill has also announced that it has started testing an upgrade to its Document Control module and has started working on version 2.0 of its Customer Complaints module. The upgrade to the Customer Complaints module will give it an enterprise potential with greater flexibility, increased features and improved reports. This module will continue to integrate into the Non-Conformance and CAPA request features of isoTracker. Finally, it will also increase its "easy-to-use" benefits.
