At the third annual tournament in Ann Arbor, the family-owned jewelry retailer will be sponsoring the Long Putt Challenge for charity, as well as awarding the winner of the tournament a $2,500 gift card to their store.

From Thursday, May 24 to Sunday, May 27 golfing fans in Ann Arbor, Michigan can try their hand at winning a $500 gift card to Lewis Jewelers. At the Volvik Championship held by the Ladies Professional Golf Association, Lewis Jewelers will sponsor the Long Putt Challenge for C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.

“We have always prioritized Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County community efforts as part of this event, and we’re excited to partner with Lewis Jewelers and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital this year,” stated Keith Karbo, the tournament director of LPGA Volvik Championship.

To take part in the challenge, fans attending the tournament make an on-site donation to the hospital before they attempt the 20-foot long putt. Those who excel at the challenge will be entered into a raffle for the gift card. All of this will take place near Expo Row, between the 1st Tee Box and the 18th Green.

Lewis Jewelers will also be awarding the winner of the LPGA Championship a $2,500 gift card to their store in addition to the prize money given for placing first in the tournament. Over the course of the six-day event, the jewelry retailer will give out golf balls displaying their logo until supplies last.

The LPGA Volvik Championship will take place from May 21 to May 27 at the Travis Pointe Country Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan. With some of the best female golfers in the world taking part in the tournament, this event is expected to bring in more than 30,000 spectators and $20 million to southeast Michigan.
