Life changing experience creates opportunity for businessman

Bruce Kidson is the founder of Yourwealthforlife.com a monthly, online personal coaching course that aims to help people from all walks of life establish their purpose and create their own plan to achieve life goals and ambitions.

Bruce, 51 from Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, had in his own words a 'life changing experience' some 20 years ago when as the owner of a successful business he needed to make a number of redundancies and whilst in the process, one of the employees committed suicide leaving a note blaming him for taking his life.

"This was a very traumatic time and in the intervening period l started to consider the meaning of life and my own purpose. I could not believe someone would take their life because of something someone else may or may not do," explained Bruce.

In the subsequent years Bruce spent in excess of 30,000 hours reading over 1,500 personal development books and attending numerous courses in order to seek the answers to the meaning of life. Bruce's purpose was not to write a course but to search his inner soul however, his life was again thrown into turmoil when the credit crunch struck 2 years ago and he was declared bankrupt which led him to lose his house and beloved wife of 23 years.

"For her the bankruptcy was the final straw. I went from having a wife, three kids, a number of cherished pets and a lovely house to living on my own. Unsurprisingly I found this period of time deeply distressing and freely admit l did for a moment consider suicide however this passed quickly and then over the next few months I realised what an amazing opportunity I'd been given - a totally fresh start to use my knowledge and skills to create the life I truly wanted: to live a life on purpose and in joy," said Bruce.

Since then Bruce has worked with an array of people from different backgrounds mostly those employed in professional industries. Due to the success of Bruce's methodology to life coaching and the demand for his services, he then decided to set up an on-line programme where people can work to set modules in their own time and complete them cost effectively.
