Lions' Lair North-West Business Competition Awards Top Spot to Leighmans

Online, May 10, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Lions' Lair, the North West business innovation competition, has this year announced that Bury-based corporate gift and merchandise supplier Leighmans has won this year's top award at its judging ceremony.

The Lions' Lair event is similar to TV's Dragon's Den, and seeks out the most innovative products and services on offer around the North-West region. This year Leighmans pitched its new iPrint, a touchscreen product which has enjoyed fast take-up among Leighmans customers.

Leighmans managing director Darren Leigh presented the iPrint to the judging panel as its latest innovative corporate gift offering. Customers have already been purchasing the iPrint in large numbers, and the device is an adhesive strip with which people can operate mobile phones even when wearing heavy gloves.

Leighmans has already enjoyed lots of positive feedback about the iPrint from its clients and customers, with the feedback reporting that the gift is popular with mobile workers, remote employees and those who need to commute to work.
