LIST Worldwide Appoints Fischer New CEO

Online, June 14, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Arisdorf, Switzerland - LIST Worldwide, provider of innovative processing technology and world leader in Dry Processing (processes that operate without the use of solvents), has recently appointed Martin B. Fischer as CEO. Klaus List, owner and son of LIST's founder, Heinz List, will step down as CEO but remain Chairman of the Board.

Fischer will continue Klaus List's vision for the company to expand LIST to worldwide prominence while remaining independent. Fischer's objective is to advance the company into new areas and applications, continuing the accelerated growth of LIST.

Founder, Heinz List, an inventor and entrepreneur, started LIST Company almost 50 years ago to fill what he saw as the need for more efficient processing technology. His innovative spirit was continued by his sons, Joerg and Klaus List for the past 23 years. Klaus List has led the company on his own for 10 years and LIST has grown to be one of the largest processing solutions providers in the world.

Fischer, who joined LIST 10 years ago as head of the US division in Charlotte, NC, will take over the helm starting June 1. Fischer's approach to establishing LIST's reputation in the US has led to successful relationships with some of the most prominent companies in the world. HIs contributions have led to immense growth and laid the framework for the future of the company.

The current board saw Fischer's experience, in-depth understanding of LIST's satellite offices in the US, Germany, Singapore, and Japan, as well as his knowledge of the global market as key to LIST's future success.
