Litum Receives LenelS2 Factory Certification Under the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program
Litum’s Real-Time Location Systems interface with LenelS2’s OnGuard access control security system
BOSTON, July 17, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Litum today announced that it has received LenelS2 factory certification and joined the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP). Litum’s Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) interface with the OnGuard® access control system to enhance healthcare facility operations. This interface offers hospital-specific features such as real-time alerts and report generation within the OnGuard system, aiming to improve operational efficiency and patient care in healthcare settings.
“Litum has completed required factory testing at LenelS2 to validate the functionality of its interface to the OnGuard system. Litum’s RTLS introduces hospital-specific features to the LenelS2 system, such as the incorporation of Litum alerts and the capability for report generation and query directly within the OnGuard interface. Additionally, the system allows for tag assignments and interfaces seamlessly with existing hospital infrastructure like access control, CCTV, and pullcord systems,” said John Marchioli, OAAP product management, LenelS2. “We look forward to their continued involvement in the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program.”
“This interface with LenelS2’s OnGuard system represents an enhancement of our Real-Time Location Systems, supporting our ongoing efforts in the healthcare industry,” states Ozgur Ulku, the CEO of Litum.
