In a first for the Australian car rental industry, DriveMyCar Rentals announced today the launch of 'live chat' on its website to enhance customer service capabilities.

Users on the DriveMyCar Rentals website can receive prompt help by clicking on the 'Live Chat' button on their screens, connecting them with an agent who can answer their questions online.

Through smart technology, the website also detects users who need additional support by offering assistance when customers have been on the same webpage for more than two minutes.
