A local DFW businessman has shared his opinion what the most important facet of business is. That local businessman is Randy Eastburg, and that facet is customer service.

To introduce the subject he uses the notable saying, "The customer is always right". And while the line can be considered cliche, Randy Eastburg does provide reasoning to back his opinion up.

Mr. Eastburg gives a brief overview of his business career and what he feels has made him successful. He even acknowledges some weaknesses of his, claiming to be not exactly technologically savvy.
