Local Entrepreneur Team Launches Row0 The First Custom-Built World Junior Hockey Championships Ipad App

Online, December 26, 2011 (Newswire.com) - People all over the world will be able to share in the excitement and emotion of the upcoming World Junior Hockey Championships thanks to a new iPad app launched by the local tech entrepreneur team of David Quail and Sean Collins. The duo, which split time between California and Edmonton, are excited to be home for the holidays and to join in the celebrations of everyone's favourite hockey tournament.

Row0 is an interactive digital magazine updated nightly for the 11 magical days of the World Juniors tournament, taking place in Edmonton and Calgary from December 26, 2011 - January 5, 2012. The digital magazine is beefed up with in-game fan chat when Team Canada hits the ice so we can all share in the excitement.

The Row0 team is available in the time prior to and throughout the tournament period to demonstrate the app. We would be happy to do in-studio television segments where we show the app on an iPad, and we will also be on site and available to the media at many games in Edmonton and Calgary. The app will work best for television during the World Junior games, and particularly during Team Canada games, as that is when we expect to generate the most in-app activity.
