Local Modular Building Company Helps NJ School Rebuild After Hurricane Sandy

Online, January 8, 2013 (Newswire.com) - To support those affected by Hurricane Sandy M SPACE, a full-service modular general contractor, is providing temporary classrooms to Long Beach Island (LBI) Consolidated School District.

The devastation from Hurricane Sandy has caused severe damage to many LBI schools. With just two elementary schools in the district, one of which is too damaged to open, displaced students and faculty have relocated to Ethel A. Jacobsen Elementary School. To accommodate this increase, M SPACE is providing 7,712 square feet of modular space including eight classrooms, restrooms, administrative space and a utility closet with connecting decks and walkways. The pre-leased units will be delivered and installed in just three weeks, assisting in the districts recovery efforts.
