The Annual Tampa Bay Blues Festival comes to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, Florida's Vinoy Waterfront Park this weekend, April 13th, 14th, and 15th with some of the biggest names in blues music. Proceeds of the festival benefit The Pinellas Association for Retarded Children.
