Lou Tucci Divulges How his Company Gives Their Customers the Royal Treatment to Manufacturing Digital

The digital aspect of the industry is what is generating additional growth due to the fact that envelopes are a sunset industry. Considering a lot of people are now paying bills and communicating online more than ever before, Royal Envelope is countering that with diversifications on the digital side offering business cards, letter heads, folders, booklets and the like.
"The whole digital concept came to us in a roundabout way because we're always looking at diversifying our product line," Tucci explains. "More and more clients were asking for online solutions, so the company we bought into actually had very robust and very flexible software."
