The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality. The foundation also offers a wide range of educational programs for patients and health-care professionals, and provides supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. These programs are supported solely by contributions from the public.
""Love Your Guts!" is a great event for the community to come together to support people in their lives that are affected by IBD," says Community Development Manager Jenny Silberisen. "With live music, a cornhole tournament, and some fantastic silent auction items, it will be a really fun event for the whole family - and an opportunity to raise money to support our research and education programs."
