LPR Construction has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post. The anonymous survey, administered by Enerage, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

In 2015, LPR made employee engagement a strategic goal in an effort to attract and retain top talent. We implemented programs to improve work-life balance, employee benefits and increase communication company-wide. We have built our teams with people from a wide variety of backgrounds who believe in our core values.

We are employee-owned and try to combine a sense of family and belonging with the highest professional standards for safety, quality, and ethics in the industry.
