Maaco Purchases Automotive Facility In Land O' Lakes Coastal Commercial Associates Represents Buyer

Clearwater, Florida, December 10, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Coastal Commercial Associates, a division of Coastal Properties Group International/Christie’s International Real Estate, announced that it represented Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting (buyer) in its purchase of  a 10,037 sq. ft  industrial/automotive related facility located at 4041 Land O’ Lakes Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, FL. The facility was previously a retail automotive/oil change center which is now being converted into a Maaco.  David T. Tower, Coastal Commercial Associates, represented the buyer, Kristen Andreani.
