Mac Machinery™ Partners Launch Mobile 'Stretch Deck Screen' 'Flip Flop' at Bauma 2010
Mac Machinery's partner Neuenhauser has teamed up with Hein, Lehmann in designing a mobile stretch deck screen.
Online, April 15, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The machine is designed for high production of difficult materials particularly small grades. The machine can be used in screening coal, compost, c&d fines, lime, sand, slag, soils, and other materials.
The Flip flow machines are very good at grain sizes below 20mm out performing traditional screens at this fraction size. It will screen wet and moist materials that other screens will not screen. The Neuenhauser machine is fitted with a Hein, Lehmann 'Liwell screen'. The machine will produce two splits of product both stockpiled by individual conveyors. This machine will be seen for the first time at Bauma in Munich.
