Madison Behavior Therapy Earns BHCOE Accreditation Becoming First ABA Provider in Alabama to Receive National Recognition for Commitment to Quality Improvement

BHCOE Accreditation has recognized Madison Behavior Therapy with a 2-Year Accreditation, acknowledging the organization as a behavioral service provider dedicated to continuous improvement in Applied Behavior Analysis. BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications, and consumer satisfaction and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observation, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

“A commitment to strong treatment programming and planning is clearly apparent at Madison Behavior Therapy. Providing quality care and support to each family helps to promote positive changes in their clients. The professionalism and passion of the team at Madison Behavior Therapy exemplifies clinical integrity,” said Sara Gershfeld, Founder of BHCOE. “We are excited to commend Executive Director, Lindsay Chapman, and her team, on creating an outstanding program that provides the Huntsville autism community with valuable support.”

BHCOE Accreditation is the only Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.

“We are thrilled to become the first BHCOE Accredited ABA provider in Alabama,” said Executive Director, Lindsay Chapman. “This accreditation reflects our commitment to maintaining the most up-to-date standards in our field and programs to best serve our clients. Our wonderful staff is proud to offer personalized and evidence-based services of the highest quality. We look forward to the growth and improvement of our organization, as we continue to provide Alabama with top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis service for years to come.”
