Magical New Business IPhone App ExpenseMagic V2.0 Launched

ExpenseMagic is a business app that is really for anyone who dreads dealing with expenses at the end of the month. By just taking a picture of the receipt, you can leave us to capture and store all the important data along with the image. We use your location to set the right currency. Accountancy-trained operators even work out your sales tax on each item within the receipt. The data is then sent back to your phone, and available online. It's a little bit of magic. Any captured receipt should take no more than a few hours to get processed, usually less.
You can then Export your receipts in a spreadsheet, say to your line manager or accountant, direct from your phone or through the website - making it much easier to make a claim and get refunded. And you don't have to worry about losing the physical receipt - digitised receipts are accepted by authorities.
The App is free to download, and comes with 5 free tokens to try the service out. Further tokens can be bought in bundles.
We are extremely pleased with the work that developer Ben Dodson has done for us, who has added valuable input into the design features of version 2.0 that we are now very excited about releasing today. Here is a brief description of a few of the strongest new features in this update:
Autoclaim
- Expense claim reports are generated and sent out automatically every month by e-mail to your Line Manager or Accountant
Manual Expense Entry
- Upload expenses for free by manually entering the data, but still get all the benefits of the cloud service
Diary Integration
- Attach diary events to expenses to make accounts departments very happy
Full currency integration
- 159 currencies now supported. Ability to set a home currency. Currencies converted to home currency using data feed from Citibank
Design
- The app also has a completely new design implemented giving it a more polished feel.
