Online, January 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Mai-BS (Thailand) signed an agreement with the owner's of Kooncharaburi Resort and sailing club for full resort consultation and owner representation.

Kooncharaburi Resort is a new and fully operational Resort at the peaceful and tranquil east-cost of Chang Island, Trat Province, Thailand.

In addition to hotel consultation, Mai-BS (Thailand) will also provide support for all sales and marketing services including E-Marketing and SEO.

Kooncharaburi Resort offers 50 villas, mostly sea view, and its own private beach targeting honeymooners, divers, couples and leisure guests. 2010 the resort forecasts a 45% average occupancy and 2011 56% occupancy is the target.
Guests from Scandinavia. Mainland Europe and Australia will be the main international market mix followed by Thai's and Thailand resident expats.
