A B Corporation is a new type of company that uses the power of business to solve social and environmental problems, legally binding itself to consider the impact of decisions on its employees, suppliers, community, people and environment. Through this certification the consultancy strengthens its dedication to helping businesses thrive at the intersection of purpose and profit.

●      Brand Strategy: Mandalah creates and activates brands that are consistent, differentiated and authentic. Brought on by Anheuser-Busch InBev, Mandalah is currently working on global brand strategies by identifying long-term brand purposes which will serve as levers for the company’s marketing activities moving forward and ensure that the brand is committed to actively improving society.

●      Organisational Design: Mandalah builds an organisation’s innovation capabilities by improving internal processes, methods, and systems for innovation activity. In their partnership with Google, Mandalah Europe is promoting entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in Germany, Austria, Switzerland by launching a startup competition that empowers people to develop their ideas into viable businesses. Under the consultancy’s guidance, many of the participants integrated the ethos of social business into their final concepts.

●      New Products and Services: Mandalah helps conceptualise, develop and launch value-generating products and services. For example, Mandalah Europe will be hosting an event and working with the B-Corp community to teach businesses how they can incorporate the upcoming UN Sustainable Development Goals to build better products and services.

●      Business Strategy: Mandalah designs and implements strategies that drive businesses forward. To help reposition Nike’s global sustainability program (Nike Better World), Mandalah conducted youth research in the UK, Brazil, USA, China and Japan to derive revealing insights and develop strategies around the perceived relationship between sustainability and innovation.
