With a reputation for curating some of the most unique and independent creators of fine jewellery from around the world, the Liberty jewellery room stands as a beacon for cutting-edge innovative design in the centre of the historic department store.

Maria Tash has been a designer and retailer of fine jewellery for over 20 years. Her eponymous piercing spa in New York City is frequented by celebrities and the fashion and beauty industry elite, many of whom travel to see Maria herself. Her unique technique and unrivalled design eye has created a new wave of ‘fashionable’ piercings and luxury jewellery that hit the worldwide mainstream in a big way and she’s considered a leading authority in the field of piercing. The Maria Tash Piercing Studio will open on the ground floor in Liberty, London on the 5th August 2016. Combining modern design elements including neon installations, ‘rough’ concrete finishes and mixed metals with Liberty’s vintage aesthetic, the new space incorporates three private rooms where all piercing and installations will take place. Three piercers will occupy the space to accommodate all bookings and walk-ins via a dedicated entrance on Little Marlborough Street.

Inner ear cartilage (tragus, rook, tash rook, conch, ear head/forward helix, orbit) - £30

Nostril or Septum - £30

Nipple - £30

Sterilisation & insertion into existing piercing - £15

* Please note, the piercing fee does not include the cost of the jewellery.
