Marketecture's Customer Service Team in the Running for Three Prestigious Awards

Marketecture was recently named for three customer service finalist categories in the fourth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Marketecture's department is a leading contender for the e-Commerce Customer Service award.

OREM, Utah - Marketecture's customer support department and two employees were recently named finalists in the fourth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Marketecture's customer support department is a contender for the e-Commerce Customer Service award; Alisha Walton is a finalist for Customer Service Manager of the Year; and Dave Rogers is a finalist for Customer Service Leader of the Year.

"I'm certainly honored to have been selected as a finalist," Rogers said. "However, this recognition isn't about personal accolades, but a tribute to what my customer support team has been able to accomplish over the past year. It's truly their award, for without their collaborative effort and desire to get the job done right, our customer support floor would be no different from others wallowing in mediocrity. Well done, team."

Rogers was nominated for contributing to the company's tripled growth in revenue last year by leading the customer support department in higher efficiency rates and implementing a client retention system.

Walton is recognized for her incomparable dedication to work while going through physical tribulations. She's helped several employees move up in the company and has motivated her team to increase the amount of calls picked up and boost the number of customer saves. The entire customer support department was nominated for increasing productivity and providing a high level of customer satisfaction to e-commerce customers.

More than 500 entries from organizations across the nation were submitted to 27 categories in this year's competition. Only 40 percent made it to the finals, including Marketecture, which is a leading contender with a total of five finalists in customer service and sales categories. Marketecture's sales department is also being recognized with Mike Sorensen as a finalist for Sales Manager of the Year and Tyler Sorensen as a finalist for Sales Representative of the Year.

"Being named a finalist in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service is an important achievement," said Michael Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards. "It means that independent business executives have agreed that the nominee is worthy of international recognition. We congratulate all of the finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition."

Winners will be announced February 22, 2010 at a gala banquet in Miami Beach, Florida. Details about the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and the list of finalists in all categories are available at www.stevieawards.com/sales.
