Attorney Marshall is the current President of PAELA.
The weekend meeting brought together leading elder law attorneys from throughout the state to discuss legal issues of concern to seniors. Topics included retirement accounts and trusts, veteran's benefits, federal estate tax law changes, Medicaid planning, and proposed changes in Pennsylvania laws.
