Martha Snider Joins Castle Lanterra Properties

Brings 14 Years of CRE Experience to Investor Relations Position

Martha Snider has joined Castle Lanterra Properties (CLP), announced Elie Rieder, founder and CEO of the privately-held, Suffern-based real estate company. With 14 years of commercial real estate and related professional experience, Snider joins the firm as Director of Investor Relations.

“We are pleased to welcome Martha to the Castle Lanterra family,” said Rieder. “Our focus continues to be on providing a high level of service to our partners, and we look forward to working with her as we continue that effort.”

A resident of New City, N.Y., Snider joins CLP from PDI, Inc., where she worked with the firm’s executive team. She had previously held similar positions over many years with Tishman Speyer, where she was involved in various projects including the construction of the new Yankee Stadium. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY-New Paltz.
