Mattison's Riverside Announces Craft Beer Dinner

Online, August 23, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Mattison's Riverside announces an exciting Craft Beer Dinner on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 6pm at 1200 1st Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205.

This five-course beer-pairing dinner presented by Chef Greg Campbell includes: Brewed Onion Soup; Iceberg Wedge with five spice bacon, tomato, red onion, Cheddar cheese, and butter Ranch dressing; Kobe Beef Sliders with Maytag blue cheese, spicy pepper relish, and beer-battered Vidalia onions; and for dessert Mandarin Orange New York Style Cheesecake. Each menu item is paired with a hand-picked beer from a carefully selected list of both imported and American Craft beers. The price is $49.95 per person (plus tax and tip).
