Online, September 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - This informative cooking class, lead by Chef Greg Campbell, teaches you how to prepare and serve a five-course appetizer menu for any dinner party, event or get-together. The course demonstrates hands-on techniques, offers recipes and an equipment list, along with a delicious five-course meal.
