Maui Wowi Hawaiian Salutes Military Men and Women Around the World and Offers a Franchise Fee Discount Through the IFA'S VetFran Program
Maui Wowi Hawaiian continues to support the efforts of the International Franchise Association's VetFran program for men and women who have served in the U.S. military by offering a franchise fee discount.
Online, November 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Maui Wowi Hawaiian, the premier destination for authentic Hawaiian coffees and smoothies, salutes the men and women who have served in the U.S. military by offering a 10% discount of the franchise fee and is honored to be supporting the efforts of the International Franchise Association's VetFran program. Maui Wowi Hawaiian has been a part of the VetFran program since 2006, and has awarded dozens of franchise discounts to men and women in all branches of the military. The VetFran program allows veterans the flexibility to define their own transition to civilian life through a variety of franchise models built around the company's world-renowned coffees and smoothies.
"Giving back to the men and women who have honorably served in our armed forces, was an easy decision for Maui Wowi Hawaiian. Offering a franchise fee discount is just one of the ways we can show our gratitude and support," said Michael Haith, the Big Kahuna of Maui Wowi Hawaiian. "Our veterans have earned the right to the American dream and the IFA VetFran program makes it easier for veterans to begin living that dream."
"The discount we offer is our humble way of saying thank you to our veterans and it does help them, but it goes well beyond that," says Erin Hicks, Vice President for Maui Wowi Hawaiian. "We've got an instant trust and respect for each other, which goes a long way in the world of franchising. Immediately they know we are on their side and that we really want them to succeed."
