Maysteel, an industry-leading complex sheet metal manufacturer, hosted an open house within their newest plant location in Monterrey, Mexico. The open house consisted of long-standing customers, local Monterrey government and press, as well as prospective customers, strategic suppliers, and Maysteel employees from their Wisconsin and Mexico locations.

Open house visitors were welcomed by Maysteel President and CEO, Monte Roach. In his opening speech, Roach discussed the decision to build in Monterrey by stating "We believed Monterrey offered the best blend of quality workers, great leadership, potential customers and suppliers, and support from the local government. I am proud to stand before you today and say we were not wrong, Monterrey is a perfect home for Maysteel." The open house continued with a plant blessing and tours of the plant floor and offices.

Along the tour, audiences viewed Maysteel's complete suite of soft tool manufacturing processes, as well as Maysteel's product showcase that included outdoor electrical enclosures, food service products, self-service solutions, and telecommunications enclosures.
