McMillin Realty Announces Training Program for New Agents

Online, June 21, 2012 (Newswire.com) - McMillin Realty , one of San Diego's leading real estate companies, is pleased to unveil its newest revised and updated training program, Partners for Success. The Partners for Success training gives new agents access to a wealth of resources, and offers vital training for successful development in the real estate industry.

"New agents need mentoring to properly get started in this business," said Cristina Ferrero, McMillin Realty's Company Mentor and head of Partners for Success, "Having that guidance from the beginning really makes a difference in the career track of an agent." Mrs. Ferrero has over thirty years of real estate experience, having spent fifteen as a manager and seven as a mentor. She joined McMillin Realty earlier this year to help launch the new initiative.

McMillin Realty's Partners for Success program supports new agents by introducing them to the business right out of RE School with a three-week in-depth course, which covers all crucial topics real estate agents need to know to be successful, including contracts, sales and marketing, time management, and more. When a new agent is completing their first transaction, Mrs. Ferrero gives them the reassurance, confidence, and instruction when needed, by coaching them through the process.

After a new agent completes the training and successfully finishes their first transaction, Mrs. Ferrero continues to hold a weekly coaching and mentoring meeting for new agents to give feedback and measure their progress. She is also available for all agents to approach for help with development in areas they need to polish.
