For each new patient added, TIMS creates a file in MedFORCE prompting for that patient's documents to be scanned, eliminating data entry duplication and increasing the number of documents automatically saved after being scanned. A MedFORCE link in TIMS enables electronic retrieval of MedFORCE patient documents directly from within TIMS.
