Media Mogul Joseph Collins Defeats Homeless Stats to Launch $500 Million Global Stock Offering

According to a Reuters report, there are over 500,000 people that are homeless in the U.S. and the odds of overcoming homelessness are rare for some that are afflicted. Joseph Collins, CEO of Punch TV Studios, was part of this homeless population statistic after his battle with unemployment.

"It was a period of extreme turmoil and devastation when I lived on Los Angeles' Skid Row section. It was a journey of desperation I will never forget. In fact, I would often be so hungry that I contemplated cooking the rats that ran across the floor of the room in which I stayed periodically," Collins said. Finally finding his way out, Collins connected with an agency that provided training.

"I walked from Sixth and Central Avenue to 109th and Central one way daily to gather the training available from an organization called WLCAC — the Watts Labor Community Action Committee," Collins said. "My work ethic is so strong because I know the reality of being poor and struggling to eat."

Joseph Collins knows what it means to succeed in the face of adversity and life's challenges. Collins decided to utilize his experience in television production gained in earlier years to develop a dream come true. Eventually, Mr. Collins became owner of a major TV network and broadcast center, defeating the odds of being a permanent homeless person in America.

Now considered a media mogul, Collins is now the CEO of a progressive media empire embarking on a $500 million global stock offering at $5 per share for the development of new technology and advancement of Punch TV Studios. The company has reserved its stock symbol with NASDAQ. In addition to this achievement, a homeless mentoring program is on the top of additions to the Punch TV Studios agenda.

"Media moguls like Ted Turner, Gerald 'Jerry' Levin, John Malone and Richard Parsons have given me the hope for a future that I can have a dream in America and despite my past, my future can rise above homelessness, poverty or my racial background," Mr. Collins said.

Punch TV Studios, located in the Santa Fe Springs area of Los Angeles, California, is expanding its studios and is gaining global appeal. Punch TV Studios Inc. engages in the networking, producing, distributing, licensing, merchandising and syndication of media products. The company provides television advertising solutions and distributes first-run syndicated series, off-network television programs and theatrical motion pictures for licensing and syndication around the world.
